Fiji doesn’t need more real estate agents as there is enough in the country.

Real Estate Association President, Vyas Sharma says the Real Estate Licensing Board should look into this issue with numerous reports of unlicensed agents in the country.

Sharma says there are about 170 licensed agents with applications still been received by the association.

“We must make a stop. Because now we have an association, now we know where we are heading to. A time come when we will get the views of those who are not here.”

Sharma urges all real estate agents to join the association to make their voices count.

The association held its annual general meeting in Nadi yesterday.
