Real Estate Act to be reviewed

The Real Estate Agents Licensing Board is in the process of reviewing the Real Estate Act of 2006.

REALB Chief Executive Virisila Tuimanu confirms a review is vital to reflect the much needed changes in the industry today.

Apart from reviewing the Real Estate Agents Act of 2006, Tuimanu says there are plans to extend the orgarnisation to accommodate the market as it grows.

The real estate industry is a vital industry for the country as they continue to work hard to ensure the agents and salespersons abide by all the regulations of the Real Estate Agents Act 2006.

Meanwhile, the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board has moved to a new office located in the newly constructed Flagstaff Plaza at Bau Street, Flagstaff, Suva.
