Renovations carried out at the Reserve bank of Fiji have cost seven million dollars.

Governor Barry Whiteside says all the structural renovations have been finalized and all that remains is the landscaping and touch ups to certain areas.

He adds the work has been done within the budget allocated for it.

The major overhaul to the outside of the RBF building is the first of its kind since its construction in 1983.

The Governor says while he doesn’t expect a big opening once all works are complete, he is considering having the building blessed.
