The Ratu Navula College hostel students today held a church service in memory of the late Marika Rua.
16-year-old Rua was a hostel student at the College.
He was one of the victim’s of the horrific accident in Nabou, Sigatoka yesterday, which claimed the lives of six and left 12 others injured.
The 12 remain admitted in Hospital, of which two are reported to be critical.
Those who took part in the church service at the school also prayed for the speedy recovery of their old scholars.
Meanwhile, the members of the Ratu Navula College U17 and U18 teams stopped to pay their respects at the accident scene in Nabou last night.
The incident happened at around 9am yesterday whereby a van traveling towards Suva hit a truck that was coming from the opposite lane.
Police investigation continues.
