The island fusion band RAKO is geared up for the Digicel 2dayFM Park Jam that will be held in Suva on Saturday.
RAKO co-director Paul Domoniko says the public can expect some new performances.
“Because we are full time performers we have rehearsals every day, so with this FBC Park Jam what we are trying to use it for also is our launch bed for our album releasing soon. So we will be using this to showcase to everybody some of the originals songs that is going to come out in our new album – so we are bit excited about that.”
Other bands in the concert include Makare, Savu Ni Delai Lomai, Masti Dance group, The New Voqa Kei Valenisau and VOU.
The public will also get an opportunity to meet FBC TV and radio personalities.
The event will be held at the Suva Foreshore from 6pm.
