October 4, 2018 6:25 pm

HOPE Party Leader Tupou Draunidalo says SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka does not set a good example for soldiers at the Republic of Fiji Military Forces.

Draunidalo revealed this to FBC News saying Rabuka has already spoilt his political reputation and he has nothing to offer.

Draunidalo says Rabuka’s effort of trying to form the next government does not portray a good picture for the RFMF.

“I have differences of opinion with SODELPA was when Rabuka came in, i just thought that it was not a good example to the Soldiers back at the camp or to the people of this country.”

Despite Rabuka being given the legal approval to stand for the election, Draunidalo says Rabuka must expect backlash from other political leaders who don’t agree with him.

However Rabuka says Draunidalo is entitled to her comments.

“Well she is entitled to her comments and many people has made those comments and it’s nothing new.”

Meanwhile, RFMF Chief of Staff Jone Kalouniwai says the RFMF should not be involved in any political discussions.
