Rabuka briefs candidates on what to campaign on

November 5, 2018 11:56 pm

SODELPA candidates have been briefed by their Leader Sitiveni Rabuka on what information to disseminate when out campaigning.

Rabuka says some of their candidates were deviating from what is in their manifesto.

“You’ll probably remember that on said that we will re-introduce the death penalty, capital punishment and one talked about something else. I said to campaign teams and media team, please re-focus their attention on the manifesto.”

Rabuka adds everyone in the party must campaign on what they have all agreed on.

However FijiFirst Leader Voreqe Bainimarama says this should have been done on the first day of SODELPA’s campaign.

“He should have told party members the day they began, not now when they have been lying to us for over 2 – 3 months. It supposed to be a party that listens, they are not listening to one another, the boss is going one way, and the rest are going the other way.”

Bainimarama claims that SODELPA has been lying to Fiji from last year, spreading lies to the Fijian Community which is not a good thing.
