Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has stated that care and education of our young Fijians is something that must always rise above the political fray.

Bainimarama made this statement while opening the new Bua College in Tailevu yesterday.

Bainimarama says people should always support programmes that benefit young Fijians.

“But we should make promises about education in Fiji that are responsible and realistic, because education is just that important.”

The Prime Minister says his single proudest achievement as Prime Minister has been making education free for all Fijian students at Primary and Secondary school level.
