The Fiji Police Force is urging members of the public not to shoot laser lights at pilots near the Nausori Airport.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirms 3 cases of this nature were reported to the Nausori Airport Control Tower on Monday alone.

‘’This is a serious safety concern people might think this is a funny activity but you are actually limiting the visibility of the pilots and you know we have people on board and we are talking about safety here and this is something we are requesting members of the public to exercise some caution’’.
