PSC to renovate quarters

The Public Service Commission will soon start renovations of government quarters at Queen Victoria School and in the Sigatoka district.

Repair works at the quarters are estimated to cost the PSC close to $400,000.

Permanent secretary Parmesh Chand says funds for the renovation will be sourced from the PSC Trading and Manufacturing Account.

Chand adds – upon completion of the renovation – the onus will be on the users to maintain the upkeep of the quarters.
