He says NGS Global is currently assessing all submissions for the 21 roles and will compile a long list of candidates for preliminary interviews both by face to face and Skype.

From the interviews, four candidates per role will be shortlisted for review within the next two to three weeks.

Mohan adds, the process is expected to be completed within this year, with successful candidates taking up their respective roles from early 2016.
