Maintenance on six major roads part of the Suva Arterial Road Upgrade Project has been completed but final touch-ups like road markings are still left to be done.

Fiji Roads Authority chief executive Jonathan Moore says once completed, the people of Suva will experience ease in traffic flow.

“Under the SARUP 1, there has been six major roads have been fixed. There are quite long sections of roads under this when compared to SARUP 2 which is the next one. It will have shorter intersections, there are nineteen roads but short sections but six long sections in SARUP 1 are now complete.”
