Shop and Save Supermarket will be building a new market in Nausori once the Town Council demolishes the old building.

The company was told by the Council demolition work will begin by the middle of the month.

Shop and Save chief financial officer Abhishek Abhimanyu says planning for the project to be staged at the old market site will takes six months.

Abhimanyu says the company is targeting to start the construction work by September.
