Usaia Kilaiverata, who is charged with the murder of former journalist Losana McGowan, was produced in court yesterday.

The matter was listed for Pre-trial Conference before Justice Fernando at the Suva High Court.

Admitted facts between the State and the Defence were produced in court. The same was accepted by the court.

The matter has been adjourned to September 21st for State to file Voir Dire submissions.

The accused has been further remanded in custody.
