Hundreds of people in the island of Ovalau crowded Levuka town today to witness numerous projects opened by Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama.

Bainimarama opened a new legal aid office, commissioned a new market bridge, commissioned 4000 Freezer plants for PAFCO and the Nauouo housing project.

The Prime Minister says the new projects shows the development progress in Levuka town and the level of economic activity taking place.

He says the new developments shows the government’s commitment in improving the lives of people in Ovalau.

Bainimarama encouraged the people to focus on what the future holds for them.

For the people of Ovalau, the new developments in Levuka town will benefit businesses and further enhance trading.
