The Color Explosion Fiji is gearing up to host the biggest health walk in the country.

This hopes to create stronger awareness on Non-Communicable diseases which continues to be the number one killer in the country.

President Paula Benn says this is an important event as it gets people together and helps participants understand the effects of NCD’s.

Benn says they’re expecting thousands of participants and at the same time raise more awareness.

“We are creating new concepts into our health walk and I’m sure most of you have seen how we have conducted the event in the previous years that it’s always being a morning walk now it will be an afternoon walk and then come back to Shirley Park for the NCD’s dance under the stars.”

The APCO Color Explosion will be held on July 6th at Lautoka’s Shirley Park from 3 pm.
