The post-mortem of the 48-year-old carpenter found dead outside his home in Olosara, Sigatoka on Wednesday night has been completed.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the post-mortem was conducted today, however, they will not be able to release any result as investigators continue to gather more information.

The man who worked at a prominent hotel in Sigatoka was discovered lying motionless on the ground by his son while returning from playing soccer at around 9pm.

He had visible injuries and was rushed to the Sigatoka Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The police investigation continues.
