The post mortem of the 25 year old car accident victim was conducted yesterday with the cause of death confirmed to be drowning.

The first victim, Kaushal Singh’s body was retrieved from the Rewa River a few hours after the incident occurred on Tuesday morning.

Meanwhile the post mortem of the second victim is expected be conducted soon.

The body of Monish Sami was recovered at around midday yesterday, after 56 hours of searching.

Sami was the driver of the vehicle that veered off the road and landed into the Rewa River, on Tuesday morning.

Police continue the investigation into the cause of the accident.
