Post Fiji works on solving packages problem

Post Fiji is working on solving the problem of damaged and missing packages received by customers.
Post Fiji Board Chairman Lawrence Tikaram told FBC news it’s important to take consumers feedback onboard to improve on the services.
He says all complaints should be lodged at Post Fiji with the post master which will then be investigated.
“We are working with Biosecurity, Airports Fiji Limited at the moment on a new platform that we are trying to have developed at our port of entry.”
Tikaram says complaints once received will take time to go through as it’s not an over-night fix.
