Positive lead in the Toorak alleged murder

Police is working on a lead into the investigation of the death of a woman whose body was found underneath a vacant house in Suva last month.

Police Chief of Intelligence and Investigations, ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says while no one has been charged yet, they are working on strong leads which should result in arrests soon.

It’s believed the victim was a 28-year-old from Nauluvatu Village in Naitasiri.

FBC news understands the death may have resulted from a drinking party that turned fatal at Amy Street in the capital.
