There will be no further comments on the on-going investigation into the murder of Russian nationals Yuri Shipulin and Nataliya Gerasimova.

Police Chief of Intelligence ACP Luke Navela says this is to protect the integrity of the investigation.

He has given assurance that all effort are being put in to find the person responsible for the act.

The public has also been urged not to speculate or spread rumors about the case as it will only create unnecessary fear.

The Police are being assisted by the RFMF, Fiji Navy and the K-9 unit as they scour the Natadola waters looking for other body remains of the couple
