Police uproot 52 plants believed to be marijuana

Police have uprooted fifty-two plants believed to be marijuana in a farm outside Korolevu village in Nadroga.

The raid was conducted by the Sigatoka Drugs Operation team after they received tip-offs however the owner of the farm is yet to be identified.

The investigation continues while the plants have been sent for analysis.

Police say they will continue to raid farms and take to task those who continue to break the law.
