July 20, 2018 5:25 am

Acting Commissioner of Police Itendra Nair says the Force has sought assistant from the Fiji Navy to carry out investigation into the drug find in Taveuni and the Lau Group.

ACP Nair says the request was made following the recent discovery of nine parcels containing white substances believed to be cocaine.

He says this indicates there is a possibility of more similar packages to wash ashore.
