Police officers need to honor and take pride in the policing profession.

This is the comment by the Commissioner of Police, Sitiveni Qiliho during the closing of the Constable Qualifying Course at the Fiji Police Academy in Nasova this afternoon.

Qiliho says there is great power that comes with the uniform they wear and with it comes the equally massive opportunity to abuse it.

He says that is where they need to draw the line and conduct their work according to the laws that governs them at all times.

Meanwhile, ninety six officers graduated from the course.
