A Police officer charged with dangerous driving has been bailed for a thousand dollars.

Sgt Subramani Naidu appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court yesterday.

He faces other charges of disobedience of lawful order, failing to undergo breath test, driving motor vehicle with expired drivers licence and contravening condition of 3rd party policy.

He was arrested on Wednesday night at the Malolo Transmitter Road for alleged drunk driving and also refusing to cooperate with law enforcers.
