A 46-year-old man from Kavewa Village has been reported missing since he went diving yesterday.

The victim had gone diving, off the Kavewa Island reef with four others when he was discovered missing.

He was last seen by the boat captain diving outside the reef while offloading seashells into their boat.

A few minutes later the victim was discovered missing whereby the group was alerted and a search nearby, turned out negative.

The search will continue today.
