The post mortem of a 45 year old man that was found lying on the streets in Suva at the weekend has been conducted with the cause of death linked to injuries sustained by the victim.

The victim who was drunk and incapable was found by an operation team were on duty on Saturday night in Suva.

He was brought to the Totogo Police Station and later taken to CWM Hospital where he died on Tuesday morning.

A team has been tasked to conduct initial enquiries and back track his movements before he was found by the operation team.
