Police are investigating an accident where a rental car hit a private car that was parked at the Suva foreshore this morning.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the driver of the rental car is being questioned at the Raiwaqa Police station.

While no one sustained injuries, Naisoro says a woman that was a passenger in the fielder was taken to the hospital for checkup due to the impact of the accident.

Investigation continues.
