A 50-year-old farmer of Korobebe Village, Sabeto is the latest drowning victim.

Police says it’s believed that on Thursday, the victim was swept away by strong currents while trying to cross a river with six other people in the Nausori Highland.

A search was conducted and the body was later found at Navadrakula along the Nadi River.
