A post mortem will be conducted today on the thirty-five-year-old man’s body who was allegedly fatally stabbed by a relative.

The incident happened at Bilalevu Settlement in Valley road, Sigatoka yesterday.

It is alleged the suspect entered the house of the victim and allegedly stabbed him.

The victim was rushed to the hospital by his neighbour but was pronounced dead on arrival.

It is alleged the suspect had fled the scene but was later arrested by police after receiving information from eyewitnesses.

The suspect remains in custody.
