PM puts Opposition politicians under the spotlight

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has once again put opposition politicians under the spotlight.

Bainimarama says the opposition is continuously claiming that indigenous rights in Fiji are under attack.

With the unprecedented protection of rights and I-taukei lands Bainimarama says these comments are unacceptable.

“We also hear a lot of talk these days from opposition politicians on the protection of the I-taukei. Sadly we are seeing the same, tried and failed arguments for we’ve heard for years.”

Bainimarama says the government is levelling the playing field across Fijian society, giving every Fijian including all I-taukei equal access to prosperity.
