Prime Minister is excited about the continuous development of Fiji’s relationship with Australia under their Vuvale Partnership Agreement.

Voreqe Bainimarama and Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison will again sign this agreement in Canberra on Monday.

Under the Vuvale Partnership, both countries will agree to elevate their bilateral relationship.

The partnership is a comprehensive one that will pave the way for deeper security, economic and people-to-people links.

Morrison had earlier stated that he is looking forward to growing his partnership with Fiji and embrace new opportunities and common challenges.

Government officials of both governments have finalized the text of the agreement and the two leaders are expected to sign it next Monday.

Meanwhile, Australia will also deliver a comprehensive border security assistance package to help reinforce the integrity of Fiji’s borders.
