The Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has directed Navy Commander John Fox to instruct government shipping services to assist the people trying to cross the Naqali bridge as it is now underwater.

Fox is currently touring the Naitasiri province with the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama.

Commander Fox says the team has already left Suva and are on their way to Naqali with their fuel and equipment.
