The Fijian Elections Office has set up a system for mobile registration teams to visit homes of person with disabilities.

Elections supervisor, Mohammed Saneem says they have a system in place to assist those that can’t make it to the registration venues.

He says there’s no need to worry as the registration teams are being deployed to the four divisions as well as in the maritime areas.

“So if someone is facing disabilities in terms of traveling to any four centres please give us a call on 3316225 and we will try and organize a team and do registration for you or provide affordable services at a location that you choose.”

The voter registration ends next month.
