September 27, 2015 1:37 am

Soldiers awaiting posting to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon and Iraq have completed training at the Black Rock in Nadi.

RFMF Land force Commander Colonel Sitiveni Qiliho says they are now waiting for the finalization of the aircraft that will take the Fijian soldiers to the two missions.

“But they’re ready now hopefully by the end of next month they should be in the mission area and those that have been there especially those in Lebanon who are there for over a year now will be able to return home.”
