The People’s Community Network will be implementing an action programme to withdraw children from child labour.

Under this program, children living in squatter settlements will be provided with counselling and peer mentoring support.

The action program also includes improving community opportunities for creating sustainable livelihoods in the 12 informal squatter settlements.

So far, PCN has removed 100 children from child labour.
