Business will resume as normal from today at Paradise Beverages Fiji following the fire on Tuesday at Walubay Suva.
The administration building has been destroyed and General Manager Mike Spencer confirms the damage to the brewery is minor.
Spencer says they are hopeful to be back in full production in the next few days.
“The good news is that we will be selling again as of 8 o’clock so we have put a manual processing system in place and it means that as far as customers are concerned it will be business as usual.”
He adds they have lost the whole administration building and will be moving to another site in the same premises.
Meanwhile, the National Fire Authority started their investigation yesterday and Chief Fire Officer Qionilau Moceitai says this is expected to take a few days.
