Discussions on climate struggle and action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions will be the core topic for Pacific Leaders who are schedule to gather in Suva for the Climate Action Pacific Partnership event next month.

President Major General Retired Jioji Konrote highlighted this while officially launching the Pacific Ocean Portal together with the World Oceans Day Symposium last week.

Konrote says the Climate Action Pacific Partnership is also a Pacific Talanoa dialogue as a prelude to the Talanoa Dialogue, Fiji will preside over with Poland at the COP24 in December.
