Pacific CentreCom continues to grow

Pacific CentreCom (Fiji) Limited – Fiji Airways’ call center has successfully achieved targets set by its shareholder in the first half of the 2016 financial year.
General Manager Shane Collins says since 2014 when the business was launched they have managed to secure four other clients and continues to grow.
He says they are currently in negotiations to double their size in the next four months and they have the capacity and infrastructure to do it.
CentreCom provides back office work as well as call center operations to Fiji Airways, Lido Group Australia, The Lotter and Breakaway Travelclub and Aviation Online.
