SODELPA and NFP have made application to withdraw the petition.

Petitioners lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo says he has been instructed to ask the Court for the petition to be withdrawn with the leave of Court.

The respondents counsel did not object to this, however they are asking for cost.

Devenesh Sharma is asking for $2, 500 for each respondents, while Electoral Commision is asking for $5, 000.

Solicitor General Sharvada Sharma is asking for $15, 000.

The matter has been stood down for a while for the judges to make a ruling on the costs.

The counsel for the petitioners have objected to the cost saying it to excessive.
