Opposition Whip Ratu Isoa Tikoca will re-appear in court on the 28th of May when details of his case are expected to emerge.
The SODELPA MP was brought before the Magistrates Court in Suva yesterday, charged with one count of failing to declare liabilities under the Political Parties Registration Decree.
He was accompanied by family, friends and members of parliament.

He has been released on bail after fellow MPs, Viliame Gavoka and Josefa Dulakivereta provided sureties and paid one thousand dollars each for bail.
Ratu Isoa has been charged by the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption.
