OPPOSITION MEMBERS PRESENT THEIR REGUREGU

Opposition Members yesterday presented their Reguregu for the late Speaker of Parliament, Dr Jiko Luveni.

Opposition Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka along with the Leader of the National Federation Party Biman Prasad were present at the traditional formality.

This also included SODELPA’s Mosese Bulitavu, Ratu Suliano Matanitobua, Salote Radrodro, Adi Litia Qionibaravi and Lynda Tabuya.

All MP’s were led by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Veena Bhatnagar and the Secretary General to Parliament Viniana Namosimalua.

The government delegation will present their Reguregu today.

The late Dr. Luveni passed away at the age of 72 last Saturday.

She will be laid to rest tomorrow with a funeral service to be held at Centenary Church in Suva.
