Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa has extended her greetings to Fijians here and abroad this Diwali.

Ro Teimumu says the lighting of the diya, is a chance to fondly recall, even in the midst of deepest darkness, that light is on the horizon.

She says Diwali is also a reminder that we must each do our part to achieve victory, by dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to the service to others.

Ro Teimumu says if we commit to one another, then together, we will foster the brighter future we all seek, the ‘Fiji – the way the world should be’.

She says Fiji is a young and diverse nation, strengthened only by the contributions of all our people.
