The safety of customers whilst making online payments for Post Fiji’s recently launched e-commerce platform is paramount.

CEO Dr Anirudha Bansod says they have thoroughly tested the platform and has assured that no form of online scams will be experienced by customers.

He adds the information of all its clients will be secured to ensure their safety while taking advantage of the company’s online services.

“This is one of the biggest area of concern for most of the online platforms. But here we are ensuring that we take the payment especially the payment gateway we have tested many at times that all the information what is coming forward on the e-commerce platform it will be very secured”.

Dr Bansod says Post Fiji will work closely with banks for transparency and accountability.

“And that’s why we are engaging to the banks which are reputed banks and so all the payments transactions will be doing through the online banking transfers”.
