A man has died after a horrific road accident in Nadi this afternoon.

Police say the victim was driving from Martintar to Waqadra when the accident occurred in front of the Tanoa Skylodge.

The mangled wreck of the two cars indicates this was likely a high speed impact.

Two other people involved in the crash are admitted at the Nadi Hospital.

Firefighters and police are at the scene.

Police say the details of the accident is very sketchy at this stage.
