The government has put every Fijian community on a strong platform of stability and security to support the country’s continued development.

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says all this progress has been a beacon to communities across the country.

Speaking at the launch of the Vuci village strategic plan in Suva yesterday, Bainimarama says there’s no better time than now to map out our own way forward.

” Now is the time to make serious, thoughtful investments in their future. Now is the time to ride the wave of prosperity that’s sweeping across the nation. That’s important because a government alone can only do so much. We can create the environment that’s ripe with opportunity; we can open the door to success but it’s up to ordinary people.”

The Prime Minister says it all depends on communities and community leadership to seize this opportunity and have a brighter future.

Bainimarama says Fiji has stability, security and the confidence to realize greater opportunity which we have today.
