No election for office bearers at 60th Sanatan Convention

There will be no election for office bearers for the Shree Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha.

This has been confirmed by the Sanatan’s Rewa branch president and also Member of Parliament Vijendra Prakash because a court order has been issued.

The reason being is that the National President of the Sanatan Dharam, Sarju Prasad is not allowing members of parliament to contest the election.

In this case, Prakash was vying for the position of General Secretary in this year’s election.

He says the national president is not allowed to do this because everyone is part of the Sanatan Dharam.

However, the convention together with the Annual General Meeting will progress as planned for today.
