No classes for 10 Vanua Levu primary schools

Ten primary Schools in Vanua Levu will not be open for classes come tomorrow.

The ten schools have been listed in the “C Category” which means they are badly damaged and cannot start next week.

Those listed in the A category sustained no damage while those in the B Category suffered very little damage.

In Cakaudrove, the affected schools are Naweni District School, Lavena Primary School, Vuna District School and Yacata Primary School.

In Bua, Kubulau District School, Baravi Primary School, Nadi District School and Vuya District School have been badly affected.

In Macuata, Lutukina District School suffered severe damage.

These schools will be given tents to be set up as temporary classrooms.

They are expected to resume classes on March 7th.
