NJV donates to PM's flood relief fund

Namosi Joint Venture (NJV) has committed an additional $10,000 to the Prime Minister’s Flood relief fund appeal.

The mining group which is managed by Newcrest (Fiji) Ltd has also made a helicopter available to the Fijian government to assist with emergency relief operations.

Namosi Joint Venture’s country manager Greg Morris communicated their offer of assistance to the Office of the Prime Minister this week.

The NJV had also given $10,000 to the PM’s Flood Relief Fund and $10,000 to the Fiji Red Cross Society when floods hit the western division in January 2012.
