Fiji will be sending nine delegates to the Ship for World Youth Program next year.

101 applications were received by the Ministry of Youth and Sports from those interested to be part of the Program.

The selection process is still ongoing and the final list is expected to be announced in November.

Fiji’s team leader is Philip Hereniko and he will be sent to Japan in November for training.

Fiji delegates will have to be in Japan by the 23 of January for the start of the program.

This is Fiji’s 12th years of participation.

12 countries are part of the program next year.
